The bear reserve ARKTOUROS www.arcturos.gr/en/ is a favourite walking-distance attraction, situated near the horseback riding center of the community where one can have a guided ride in the woods. The rare site of horses running around freely in their natural habitat, occasionally approaching visitors for treats and a pet is a great stress liberating experience.

The small museum is especially rich in exhibits concerning the old art of jewellery making using gold and silver. Apparently Nymveasta (Nymfeo's older name), was inhabited by goldsmiths of Wlach origin that fled Moshopolis when the latter was destroyed in the 17th century.

It is an area of Greece vibrating with untold stories and undercurrent passions, where people still have the luxury of time to spend over a glass of wine, discussing about life! And this we feel is the greatest attraction of all!
